I am currently a Personal Trainer and a
Physical Educator with East Baton Rouge Schools. I operate
privately out of Total Performance Gym located in Baker, Louisiana.
I have been a trainer for more than 7 years and during my time as a
trainer I realized the positive impact I'd have on childhood
obesity while being inside of schools. My passion is to help those

living through education, nutrition, and exercise.
I love to engage in many different styles
of exercise from running along the levee, to training hard in
the weight room, to practicing martial arts or working with my
clients during group fitness.
My favorite ways to eat healthy are
constantly changing with the new information and recipes I learn.
My favorite is cooking a healthy meal because, to me, you can never
replace a home cooked meal. But some of my favorite resturants are:
IHOP for their healthy salads (I arrange), Chili's for a protein
packed veggie filled meal (I arrange), and lastly I love to eat at
the Cheesecake Bistro with their half a chicken meal with broccoli

clients who see my basket in the grocery store. To me, this is the
best place to live and make a difference because fitness
can improve the lives of those who live in Baton
