- 10 egg whites
- ¼ cup green onions
- ¼ cup turkey sausage crumbles
- ¼ cup any cheese
- Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Saute green onions in olive oil.
Add egg whites, sausage and cheese.
Let cook over medium heat until bottom is set.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in 350° oven until top is cooked.
